This Integrative Learning Program offers 42 video lessons to go at your own pace, monthly one to one mentoring, online classes via Zoom once per month from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm CST starting on module 5, a health intake with Ayurveda recommendations by appointment online or in person. The course includes guided home-study, personal mentoring, workbook/journal to put learning into action - it's recommended to take 10 months or more to complete the course. One may opt to audit the course as well.
Integrative Learning is deeply experiential, restorative, and intellectually stimulating which facilitates mastery in Ayurvedic Health Care for Self, Client, and Community. This approach to learning is not just about content but facilitates personal transformation, professional skills for greater well-being and growth of consciousness.

Practicum hours must be completed outside of the classroom and case studies will be done in class. Individual intakes and evaluations, and/or other hours may include giving classes, writing articles, or other projects of personal interest and relevance. Approximately 5 hours per week or 20 hours per month are suggested to work on homework, practicum, and the end of the year personal project of your choice with guidance from Rose, the Capstone Project.
The Capstone Class Project is a minimum of 21 hours and maximum of 45 hours. Examples of prior class projects: Video tutorial of some aspect of Ayurveda that you would like to post to youtube or website. Development of a food or herbal product to market and sell, Yoga class advanced Ayurveda class development, a cookbook, community garden with Ayurvedic vegetables or herbs, or other ideas are welcome. The capstone project incorporates what one has learned through out the year. It’s a great opportunity to demonstrate what you have gained from the 9-month program and bring your unique expression to what you enjoy doing.

There is a suggested books and materials fee of $295 that can be purchased on your own with the suggested materials list.
